Welcome to Please review the following return policy terms and conditions:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Currently, does not offer an exchange policy.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and with their labels still intact in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: swimwear, socks, lingerie, earrings, beauty products, or any custom-made orders.
  • If provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with the return. Items that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer without a refund.
  • The refund will be processed within one working week (7 working days) after inspecting and approving the returned products.
  • Returns that do not meet Return Policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be processed.
  • It is not possible to open the package or return it on the spot with the courier. If you face any issues, please follow our return policy.
  • Please note that shipping fees vary between governorates. Refunds will be made after deducting the shipping fees. The refund method will be via a bank account, wallet, or store credit on


  • Take care when trying on garments, as all products must be returned in a new, unused, and undamaged condition. If you are trying on delicate fabric, please remove any accessories or jewelry to avoid any possible daage.

Refund Procedure:

  • Cash on Delivery: Refunds will be made via Valu.
  • Visa/Credit Card: Bank refund may take more than 14 days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank and the regulations of the CPA and the Central Bank of Egypt.
  • Full refund for canceling the whole order will be refunded to your Valu account.
  • For prepaid orders paid by credit card, you will be refunded on the same card used for the original purchase.
  • Store credit will be transferred to the customer within 24 working hours after inspection.
  • Partial refund is not applicable for Valu orders. In case of a partial refund, the amount will be refunded through store credit.
  • Vodafone cash, Etisalat cash, and Orange cash refunds will be transferred to the customer within 24 working hours. (Please note that the transfer must be made to the same phone number registered in the order).

Purchases outside of Egypt:

  • Returns are not applicable to orders outside of Egypt.

Please note:

  • There is no exchange policy. If needed, items should be returned, and a new order should be placed. Shipping fees will apply for returns within 14 days from the receiving date (shipping fees vary based on the initial order status and governorates rating).
  • Refunds will be made via bank account, wallet, or store credit on the account.
  • If a refund is due to a change of mind, shipping fees will be deducted from the product price value.
